As foreign entrepreneur you can appoint a tax representative to handle your business with the Tax and Customs Administration. If you do engage a tax representative then you will not usually be obliged to register yourself as taxpayer for the VAT with the Tax and Customs Administration. Customs forwarding agents, who take care of import and export formalities for entrepreneurs, often act as tax representatives as well. The tax representative can take care of the following tasks for you:

• completing the VAT return
• completing the intra-Community transactions declaration (ICP declaration)
• applying the reverse-charge mechanism on import

Document Clearing

For importers and exporters we are clearing all the documents. We also arranging the transport (on T1) form the Terminal to our warehouse in Rotterdam or any other warehouse in Rotterdam.

In some cases we are able to store the goods in Transit in our own warehouse in Rotterdam.

We are for a very long period (also before starting this company) a consultant for the Oil and Gas Industry. We are able to store Crude Oil, Gasoi and any other petroleum products in Rotterdam for our clients. The transport can be arranged by us as well, for example from Rotterdam to Africa/Asia/America.

We are also able to bring Buyer and Seller together.
